The ceaselessly talented Debbie Millman remembers pioneering astronaut Sally Ride, who passed away earlier this year, in this beautiful visual essay for The New York Times. The artwork is made of felt letters painstakingly hand-stitched on felt fabric.

The Collection Post – Week 06

This poster by Milton Glaser came to me from a former Grad student who worked for Milton. The poster is signed. One interesting fact is that this same image can be found on the cover of the 1984 Graphis Annual. (Sorry about the reflections, this photo was taken directly from my dinning room wall…)
